[He follows, arms folded behind him. When they come to a stop by the petting zoo (Gundam probably has stolen most of the animals by now), Royce nods, giving her a level gaze.]

Indeed. It is wise to...well, keep things as private as possible. You never know...never know who is listening.

Now, tell me what he told you.

Well, he was going around the park and yelling, so when I told him who I was he asked what I had to do with this place. I told him I wouldn't be caught dead here and he said I matched the lame decorations perfectly. Like he's got any taste.

But then I showed him my scar and bracelet and he asked me if I knew who brought us here. When I told him I didn't he threw a hissy fit and stormed off saying he would find someone who did.

Then I called him a nerd. [ She grins, like it's the best insult ever. ] That's the only time we spoke.

I...see.

[Seems harmless enough.]

So, there were no other interactions? You did not see him talk with anyone else?

I just know that he was upset by the rules, but other than that I haven't talked to him since we got here. I think uh...

[ She moves the wrist strap out of here way to look through the profiles. ]

Edea might have talked to him too. She seemed pretty miffed at the thought that he might be targeted for his personality.

[He hasn't talked to Edea before, but he'll probably have to now, if he wants to help get down to the bottom of this.]

Well, we all are strangers...for the most part. It isn't too much of a stretch to say...to say that someone might have reacted strongly to his rather, um, forceful personality.

With how everyone was saying there might be a killer amongst us, they seem to be pretty hard to accept that there's a killer amongst us. There's a lot of different people he could have upset, but if it was one person in particular he really upset then... there's still a chance we can talk with them instead of execute them.

Talk with them?

[He seems incredulous.]

You mean...you want to somehow, er, convince them not to kill again? Something like that?

More like talk with them and we might figure out more clues. Knowing everyone here, they're probably gonna either want to execute them or... who knows what.

Wether it's a VIP or key bearer, they could have something to offer us even if it's about how this whole thing works.

Ah. [Okay, that's more understandable. Levi was talking about that the other day, as well.]

If it is a VIP, we could find out the identity of the other VIPS that way as well...and perhaps, prevent the rest of the game from happening. Any information would be valuable, as, currently, we have none...

Finding it's a lot harder than I expected.

[ Clash leans against on of the posts, watching a bunny hop around. ]

That's why it's a good idea to talk to people who spoke with him. There's gotta be a discrepancy somewhere or I'm gonna eat my own shorts!

There are far too many people to ascertain whether...well, who is innocent, and who is VIP. It is far too risky to play guessing games...

[He raises an eyebrow at the "shorts" comment, but doesn't comment on it.]

If we do not find someone who is a VIP, I wonder if the...VIPs will ever make a mistake. Something that will allow us to figure out who they are. Otherwise, we are all in the dark.

I don't think it's a total bust to talk to people though. There might be something there that gives away some kinda hint, wether they're a VIP or detective or... whatever. There obviously isn't enough evidence to go on because there isn't even a physical clue that makes sense.

You're right... 41 people is still a lot to prove if they're guilty or innocent, but I don't thinking sitting around and doing nothing is gonna help us either. I don't want to be executed just because we did nothing at all!

Exactly. Sitting and...what's the term? "Twiddling our thumbs"? Will get us nowhere. We must be proactive. We must...well, get ahead of the game as best as we can.

We need to be as attentive as we possibly can. Any clue would help us.

It's definitely gonna be harder to settle with something when there's 41 of us left. I think if we split up and look for what we think it might be, then it might knock out some of the possibilities that don't lead anywhere.

Hopefully your job here isn't one of them.
